CUP con\u0163ine toate cerin\u0163ele pentru elaborarea documenta\u0163iei de proiect &#8211; situarea terenului, dreptul de proprietate asupra imobilului\/terenului, folosin\u0163a actual\u0103, echiparea cu re\u0163ele edilitare, \u015f.a.<\/p><p><strong>Care s\u00eent cerin\u0163ele pentru ob\u0163inerea CUP?<\/strong><\/p><p>Pentru a ob\u0163ine CUP solicitantul depune o cerere la prim\u0103ria localit\u0103\u0163ii. \u00cen afar\u0103 de cerere solicitantul prezint\u0103, \u00een original \u015fi \u00een copii, urm\u0103toarele documente:<\/p><ul><li>extrasul din registrul bunurilor imobile, eliberat de c\u0103tre oficiul cadastral teritorial,\u00a0 \u00eenso\u0163it de planul cadastral \u015fi\/sau\u00a0 planul imobilului;<\/li><li>buletinul de identitate (pentru persoanele fizice) sau certificatul de \u00eenregistrare (pentru persoanele juridice);<\/li><li>raportul de expertiz\u0103 tehnic\u0103, \u00een caz de reconstruire, restaurare, modificare sau consolidare a imobilului\u00a0 existent, elaborat de c\u0103tre exper\u0163i tehnici atesta\u0163i;<\/li><li>acordul autentificat notarial al coproprietarilor de imobil\/teren ale c\u0103ror interese pot fi afectate nemijlocit \u00een procesul execut\u0103rii lucr\u0103rilor de construc\u0163ie\u00a0 \u015fi \u00een perioada exploat\u0103rii obiectului construit;<\/li><li>schi\u0163a de proiect avizat\u0103 de arhitectul-\u015fef, \u00een cazul amplas\u0103rii construc\u0163iei \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 cu regim special, stabilit\u0103 prin documenta\u0163ia de urbanism \u015fi de amenajare a teritoriului.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Care este durata ob\u0163inerii CUP?<\/strong><\/p><p>Prim\u0103ria elaboreaz\u0103 \u015fi elibereaz\u0103 solicitantului CUP \u00een cel mult 20 de zile lucr\u0103toare de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii cererii.<\/p><p>Termenul de emitere a CUP nu va dep\u0103\u015fi 30 de zile lucr\u0103toare de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii cererii, \u00een cazurile de:<\/p><ul><li>elaborare de c\u0103tre prim\u0103rie a CUP \u00een lipsa documenta\u0163iei de urbanism \u015fi de amenajare a teritoriului;<\/li><li>emitere a CUP pentru imobilele\/terenurile amplasate \u00een zonele asupra c\u0103rora s-a instituit, prin documenta\u0163ia de urbanism \u015fi de amenajare a teritoriului, un regim special \u015fi prim\u0103ria trebuie s\u0103 ob\u0163in\u0103 unele avize prev\u0103zute de legisla\u0163ie.<\/li><\/ul><p>La certificatul de urbanism pentru proiectare, prim\u0103ria, la momentul eliber\u0103rii, va anexa:<\/p><ul><li>planul de amplasare a imobilului\/terenului, cu indicarea dimensiunilor\/hotarelor acestuia;<\/li><li>avizul sanitar;<\/li><li>avizul ecologic;<\/li><li>avizul serviciului pompieri \u015fi salvatori.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Date de contact:<\/strong><\/p><p>Arhitect \u0219ef &#8211; Sava Victor, Prim\u0103ria ora\u0219ului Cimi\u0219lia, etajul II, Biroul 16, Telefon (0241) 2-10-73<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce este CUP?
